What makes this system different

A polyaspartic/polyurea flake system uses a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat over a decorative vinyl flake broadcast. UV-stable formula resists yellowing in Florida's intense sun. Hot tire resistant. One-day installation may be available depending on floor size and scope. Surface preparation includes diamond grinding and moisture vapor testing on every job. Installation process

How it's installed

1

Diamond Grind & Moisture Test

Industrial grinders open concrete pores. Moisture vapor testing run on every slab — elevated moisture vapor is a leading cause of coating failure in Florida.

2

Crack & Joint Assessment

Cracks and spalls are assessed and addressed as part of surface preparation. Vapor barrier applied if moisture vapor test results indicate elevated emission.

3

Basecoat & Flake Broadcast

Polyaspartic basecoat applied. Decorative vinyl flake broadcast to full rejection, excess scraped for a smooth, uniform surface.

4

UV-Stable Polyaspartic Topcoat

Clear UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat applied. Return-to-use timing follows product instructions and written handoff. Written warranty terms provided with your quote.

Common questions

Frequently asked

How is polyaspartic different from regular epoxy?

Polyaspartic cures faster, is UV-stable (resists yellowing), and is more resistant to hot tire pickup than standard water-based epoxy. Traditional epoxy can yellow in Florida sun and may lift when hot tires contact the surface. Our polyaspartic topcoat is the same chemistry used in commercial applications.

Can you really finish in one day?

One-day installation may be available depending on the floor size, condition, and project scope. We discuss timing during the site review so you know what to expect before work begins.

What if my slab has cracks?

We assess cracks and spalls during the site review. Minor cracks are addressed as part of surface preparation. Significant structural cracks may require additional work — we'll identify anything notable during the consultation.

How many color options are there?

We carry 20+ flake color blends — from neutral grays and tans to bold charcoals and custom mixes. We bring samples to your consultation.

What does the warranty cover?

We warranty our installations. Ask for written warranty terms — including duration, coverage, exclusions, and care requirements — with your quote. We provide it in writing before work begins.
